Exchanges

Stay calm! If this happens, we ask that you contact the Customer Service so that we can exchange the product, and have the order number in hand.

If you made a purchase and the product you received didn’t like or didn’t fit, don’t worry! GISELI DIAS makes its 1st exchange completely free of charge, but first pay attention to the following information:

Deadline for Exchanges: 7 calendar days from receipt of the models.
Deadline for Defective Exchanges: 30 calendar days from receipt of parts.

  • Check if the order is within the deadline informed above
    You will need to keep the model intact, and keep the original packaging (bag and box). Shoes must have no grooves in the sole and no appearance of wear.
    It is essential that you place the INVOICE (original or copy) inside the box.
    Important:If the SAC understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria necessary for the exchange or return mentioned above, the site is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. The GISELI DIAS brand can then send the product back to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for the refusal.
    In case of exchange of goods purchased during a promotion, the credit amount will be exactly the amount paid by the customer for the original order, that is, the amount referring to the discount arising from the promotion will not be deducted from the value of the new exchanged piece.
    Example:On the date of purchase, the part had a 50% discount, the original value of the part being R$ 550.00 and the value of the part with a discount of R$ 275.00 in the event of cancellation/exchange for credit/other ask the exchange value will be R$275.00.Before receiving a new order, voucher or refund, the exchanged or returned item must arrive at the GISELI DIAS Distribution Center, where it will undergo a quality process that can take up to 3 working days to complete. Exchange of a model for another with a higher value: request the exchange via the Relationship Center and inform the desired model, as soon as we have confirmation of receipt of the part in our Distribution Center, we will contact you to verify the best method of payment and charge the difference in values.

Exchange of a part for another with a lower value: request the exchange via the Relationship Center and inform the desired model, we will credit the difference in values ​​as credits to your GISELI DIAS checking account. Remembering that GISELI DIAS credits “never” expire.

Choosing the replacement part later: very simple! Request via Customer Service to return the purchased part and as soon as we receive it in our stock, the value of the part will be reverted into credits in your GISELI DIAS account. We remember that at GISELI DIAS your credits never expire!

Exchange for the same model, only in a different size or color: request via the Relationship Center the exchange for the same part and inform the desired size or color, as soon as we receive the part in our stock and the conference (up to 3 working days) is completed, the chosen piece will be automatically sent to you by the same modality as the original order.

For purchases over R$500.00 or for VIP customers, we collect at your home free of charge (as long as the Post Office has the collection service for your zip code).

The first exchange is on behalf of GISELI DIAS. In the event of a second exchange, GISELI DIAS reserves the right to charge.

Simple, we will refund each value, and the shipping by the same means that we received.

Example: if you paid part by credit card and part with GISELI DIAS credits, we will refund the amount paid by Credit Card via refund with the operator and the amount paid with credits will return to your GISELI DIAS account.

Deliveries and Shipping

Deadlines may vary by zip code and region.

It is possible to carry out a simulation of the delivery time, placing the desired part in the bag and inserting its zip code in the indicated place.

The period starts from the next business day of confirmation of payment, and the count will always be on business days.

Credit card – confirmation is within 48 hours.

Bank slip – the bank may take up to 3 business days to send you payment confirmation.

Purchases made and approved by midnight will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the first business day following authorization from the credit card company or financial institution.

Important: Delivery will be made within the period determined by the Post Office and carriers to the zip code in the region, informed at the time of purchase. The approval period may depend on the analysis of the validation of registration data.

The address can be changed through the link “My Account in My Addresses”, there it is possible to register more than one delivery address that can be chosen before finalizing the purchase. In addition, you also have the option to enter a new shipping address directly into your shopping cart.

ATTENTION: if the order has already been finalized and the payment confirmed, we cannot change the delivery address

Payments

The bank slip is issued within 2 working days for payment.

For example: if the bank slip was issued on a Thursday, it will expire on the following Monday.

After selecting the method of payment and finalizing the purchase, the page for printing the bank slip will automatically open. Attention: remember to unlock the pop-up opening. Otherwise, the screen will not open.

If it is not possible to print it at the time or the ticket has been lost/damaged, you can print it again by clicking on My Orders and accessing your purchase.

Make some confirmations:

Access My Account and, in the option my GISELI DIAS credits, check if your credits are available.
Check if you performed the option CREDITS GISELI DIAS.

Possible reasons for card problems are:

  • Instability of communication with the card operator;
  • Divergence in card information (number, name, expiration date or security code);
  • No limit available.

Bank slip, Credit Card and PAYPAL

  • Bank slip: at the end of the purchase, you will be able to generate the slip, which will be issued with a maturity of 2 business days and can be paid through your internet bank, ATM or at the checkout counter
  • Credit Card: Accepted brands are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club International. Payment in up to 6 installments without interest, the minimum installment being R$ 400.00.

Cancellation

The deadline for canceling an order due to regret is up to 7 working days from receipt of the product. To request the Order Cancellation, contact our Customer Service from 11 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Friday by email contato@giselidias.com or telephone +55 11 993 389 254.

But first, pay attention to the rules:

If the GISELI DIAS contact center understands that the returned product does not meet the necessary criteria for the exchange or return mentioned above, the site is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange.   • Credit Card: After returning the product to the Distribution Center, within 7 working days, the amount will be communicated to the credit card company, which can be credited in up to two invoices.

Simple, we will refund each value, and the shipping by the same payment method that we received.

Example: if you paid part with credit card and part with GISELI DIAS credits, we will reverse the amount paid on the credit card at the operator and the amount paid with credits will return to your GISELI DIAS account.

After shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

Delays can happen due to external factors, such as excessive rain, delivery in hard-to-reach regions such as communities and rural areas, or even the absence of a person to receive. In the latter case, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made, and if none of them are successful, your order will return to GISELI DIAS. You will be taken to a page with a large photo of the chosen model (mouse over photo to view zoomed in). Beside the main photo, you will find information about the model, composition and color of the product in the Description field. As well as information about jump measurements.
